 Wedding Facility Fees
Church Ceremony - $1,000.00.
Gazebo Ceremony Only (an intimate wedding) - $850.00.
Church or Hillside Garden Ceremony with Hacienda Courtyard/Patio Reception:
- Saturday/Sunday Morning Brunch or Luncheon - $2,200.00.
- Friday/ Sunday Evening Event - $2,800.00.
- Saturday Evening (November – March) - $3,000.00.
- Saturday Evening (April – October, 200 Guest count minimum)- $3,600.00.
- (Midweek and Holidays available upon request)
- Midweek Brunch, Luncheon or Dinner (Monday – Thursday) - $2200.00

Pastoral Fee: $300.00, should you need a pastor. You may bring in your own officient.
Facility charges do not include meals. Food Service must be handled through Rancho Capistrano's Culinary Services Department. There is a 200 reception minimum for Saturday evening events April-October. There is an additional fee for over 250 guests.
Rancho Capistrano Brides may take their Engagement Portraits on our beautiful grounds with no location fee.
Fee Time Line:
- A non-refundable facility fee deposit of $1,500.00 ($250 for Church and Gazebo) is due at the initial booking of your wedding date. We will not confirm or hold space without this deposit. This deposit guarantees the location. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- In addition, there is a refundable security deposit of $700.00 ($250 for Church & Gazebo) which will be refunded, less any charges, after your event.
- Payment in full for entire contracted amount is due 60 days prior to event.
- Payment in full for reception packages must be made 30 days prior to event.
Outdoor Events:
Your location will not include a shade structure or tent. If a shade structure or tent is installed, there will be an additional fee. We reserve the right to make a final decision to move any outdoor function to an inside or tented area to expedite the setup due to inclement weather. Bride and Groom are responsible for outdoor structures and tenting, and must use Rancho Capistrano approved vendors. Tents usually go up 2-3 days prior to scheduled events.

Wedding Coordinator:
A Rancho Capistrano Wedding Coordinator will orchestrate and direct you through your wedding rehearsal and accommodate your needs for the wedding ceremony and on-site reception. Our Coordinator will contact you three weeks prior to the wedding for a 1 hour interview with the bride and groom to acquire a personal connection to your vision and personal taste for your wedding, including the timeline, floor plan and details of your event, and will help to ensure that your event runs smoothly. If your wedding is over 250 guests, an additional Wedding Coordinator will be assigned for the wedding ceremony and reception. Please see Wedding Coordinator Upgrade for more comprehensive services.
Church Ceremonies:
Seating for up to 350 guests. A sound technician will provide microphone for minister and operate sound during the ceremony. Also included are two 7-branch and unity candelabras, candles, custodian and two (2) changing rooms inside the church facility. Organist and aisle runner are not included and must be provided on your own.
Hillside Ceremonies include:
White wedding guest chairs and two (2)-changing rooms available one and one-half hours prior to the ceremony. Sound, including microphones, is not provided.
Rancho Reception Packages
All Reception Package arrangements and payments are due 30 days prior to the event, and an additional fee applies if the guest count is over 250. (This is a partial listing of benefits and services)
Rancho Eleganté Package -$1,600.00
All glass package included – on tables and at hosted bar.
An attendant will greet your guests upon their arrival to your ceremony at a Champagne Table. Your guests will be able to enjoy champagne or sparkling cider while mingling and signing your guest book.
Enhanced table settings will include ivory china with exquisite glass chargers, wine, champagne, and water glass stemware at tables, and crisp white linen. If the location accommodates, tables will be set for eight.
An additional impressive location for your Hors d'oeuvres Hour. The additional location includes beverage bar and attendant and five cocktail tables with white linen…. ringing chimes will indicate the conclusion of your Hors d'oeuvres Hour, and your guests will be directed to your beautiful reception site. (Bride and Groom responsible to purchase Rancho Capistrano hors d’oeuvres and all beverages through Rancho Capistrano’s exclusive vendor.)
Rancho Romantico Package-$1000.00
All glass package included – on tables and at hosted bar.

Your Rancho Capistrano Wedding Coordinator will place votives, favors, table numbers, cameras, arrange and place cards on place card table and light table candles. If you have additional questions or requirements, please contact the wedding department.

Overnight Accommodations
As part of your wedding celebration, our beautiful Hacienda facilities have rooms designed to accommodate your bridal party, family members, out-of-town friends and special guests who need to stay overnight.
Hacienda Guest Room - $95.00 per night
Guest Rooms available at the Hacienda with two double beds, bathroom and Courtyard view.
Casitas Suite - $145.00 per night
Charming suites with one or two double beds, bathroom, small kitchenette, sitting area and Lakeview balcony or patio.
Lakeside Guest Room –additional rooms may be available at our Lakeside Conference Center, please inquire if needed.
