As you conclude the wedding rehearsal, your dinner celebration can be waiting for you in either the Hacienda or Lakeside Dining Rooms. During the warmer months, your rehearsal dinner can be set up outdoors in the Lakeside gardens or on the poolside patio.
Our 5-star chef will prepare a special meal designed exclusively for
your private event. Then, stay overnight in one of our Hacienda guest
rooms with Spanish mission charm, antiques and hardwood floors. Enjoy
the convenience of one beautiful location for your rehearsal, ceremony,
reception and even your honeymoon night! Then consider a breakfast the next morning as everyone fellowships together. Overnight Accommodations As part of your wedding celebration, your bridal party, family members, out-of-town friends and special guests can stay at Rancho Capistrano in one of our beautiful Hacienda or Lakeside facilities. Special packages are offered that include overnight accommodations just steps away from your wedding celebration. Guests will enjoy their stay in the cozy Spanish-style rooms at the Hacienda or Lakeside, and can spend their free time at the swimming pool or exploring the walking, hiking or riding trails on the property. At the Hacienda, each overnight room is designed with doors that open up to the patio for a fabulous view of the courtyard fountain. Suite and Room Fees: (Rates are subject to change without notice).
Casitas Suite Guest Room Terms and Conditions: Rancho Capistrano‘s Culinary Services include the following:Beverages: Ice water, fresh brewed iced tea, lemonade, and Gourmet Coffee is included with your meals. Cake or Special dessert: Your cake or dessert is cut and/or served to your guests by Rancho Capistrano Banquet Services Staff. Cake cutting fee $1.50 per person. *Fee for estimated guest count is due prior to the event* We do not provide Bakery Boxes. Culinary: Our Executive Chef has designed a variety of hors d’oeuvres, sit-down and buffet menus for your dining experience. A 21% gratuity applies to all food. Tableware: We supply ivory dinnerware, flatware, champagne glasses and beverage cups on tables. Linens: We supply white 120" tablecloths, white napkins, and white skirting. Seating: We provide 60" round tables and white padded wedding chairs. Seating will be provided for paid guest count, at 10 per table. An additional fee applies for special arrangements. Staff: Our professional staff will provide all set-up and tear-down services for your event. Entrée Selection: Though we do have entrees to choose from that offer two main items such as filet minion and salmon, we do not offer guests split entrée selections, other than for special dietary needs such as vegetarian. We do not offer food tasting. We offer an excellent variety of entrees through our full service culinary department. There is no outside food allowed for the entrée or hor d’oeuvres.
We firmly believe that a marriage is a bond ordained by God. Your wedding
and reception is a spiritual ceremony. We will provide a Christian minister
who will meet with you for one counseling session prior to your ceremony.
The minister will provide a Christian Wedding Ceremony. You may bring
in your own officient, as well. |

Rancho Capistrano invites all of their wedding couples to host rehearsal
dinners at one of our many charming locations. Enjoy the old world charm
of our Hacienda Dining Room or our gorgeous Hacienda patio. The beautiful
coastal weather can be enjoyed poolside.
