Clergy Retreat Reservations:

Our Conference Center is the perfect place for spiritual rest and renewal for clergy of all denominations. Reservations are requested in advance and must be made with the Conference Sales Manager Department. Payment will be collected at check-in. Our check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m. Our property is secured at night, so late night arrivals must be arranged in advance. To maintain the integrity of our retreat center individual reservations are for spiritual rest and renewal only.

Group Reservation:

All group reservations are handled by contacting the Conference Sales Manager. An agreement will be written stating your arrangements and our policies and procedures. A 25% deposit of the total amount is required, as well as signed copy of the agreement to secure your retreat or conference. The Guest Services Manager will contact you one month prior to your event to finalize meeting room set-up and meal schedule.  90% of the balance is due no later than 45 days prior to the event, with the final payment due upon group's arrival.
